Guided tour in Spanish: the permanent exhibition of the Adamson-Eric Museum
The guided tour in Spanish at the permanent exhibition “Adamson-Eric: Modernism and Diversity” is led by Annika Teras, the curator of the museum’s public programmes.
Adamson-Eric (1902‒1968) was one of the most brilliant Estonian modernist artists. He was a talented and exceedingly diverse creator who was equally strong in painting and in almost all of the areas of applied arts and design. The permanent exhibition displays the artist’s wide-ranging oeuvre, and the accompanying photos and digital timeline provide details on his life and the cultural-historical background of the time.
Guided tours in English, Swedish, Hungarian, Portuguese, Spanish and Danish will be carried out by the Art Museum’s curators from 9 May to 12 May in the Niguliste Museum and the Adamson-Eric Museum. The tours will introduce Estonian art from the Middle Ages to modern times and provide fascinating insights into Estonian cultural history.
